Salah graduated as Marine Engineer, then started his maritime career as Engineer cadet in 1990, promoted as Engineer officer on board commercial ships where he spent 10 years.
He then joined the classification society Bureau Veritas as Marine Surveyor before moving to Halliburton Energy Services a leader in the Energy Field as Employees Development Manager.
In the early twenties he was called to support a local Maritime Bunkering Company
as Chief Engineer and Class department head helping the company to save more than 90 million USD in repairs and docks surveys.
In 2004 he moved from Canada to Dubai / Qatar to share his expertise with Maritime administrations and started his first works on ISPS code after its entry into force in July 2004. Under his leadership the 1st audits on Qatar port facilities were carried out to check compliance with ISPS requirements.
In 2007 he was back to Dubai to join a reputed Classification society Lloyd’s Register as Marine Manager, Safety /Security Auditor, Consultant, and trainer.
Over last 15 years Salah was heavily involved in the development and training of maritime companies, maritime administrations, security authorities and terminals, up today he is leading many projects on maritime security in the GCC areas.

Following a career in the Royal Marines and Special Boat Service (SBS), Andrew worked as a security consultant to a number of blue-chip companies, news networks and International Development Agencies before joining Orascom Telecom as their Security Director in 2003. In that capacity he managed the security operations for the rollout of the first GSM mobile phone network in Iraq; overseeing the recruitment, training and management of a 2000-man workforce. After leaving Orascom, Andrew became the Global Operations Director for Consilium Risk Strategies (CRS) and presided over worldwide operations until 2008, when he completed the purchase of the Company. CRS was acquired by GardaWorld in August 2012. Andrew served as GardaWorld's Managing Director for Iraq for two years before moving to his current position as Vice President, Strategic Client Group.

Andy is the owner and managing director of Trident Manor Limited, a security, risk, and crisis management consultancy based in the United Kingdom but operating globally.

Following time in the British military and police services where he was primarily involved in security and intelligence activities, Andy joined the UK Foreign Office as a security specialist (RSO equivalent) which took him around the world including within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Entering the commercial world he was appointed as the Head of Security at TDIC in Abu Dhabi before leaving to establish Trident Manor in 2013.

Developing his passion for cultural heritage Andy established specialist cultural protection services to support museums, galleries, and other cultural venues manage the risks they face. Resulting in working collaboratively with architects, cultural venue owners, governmental organisations, and private individuals to deliver protective strategies for artefacts. In addition, he’s a consultant advisor for the UK Arts Council where supported, mentored, and guidance has been provided to over 70 venues housing items from National Collections.

He holds an MSc in Security & Risk Management, is CPP certified, is a Chartered Security Professional and is the former Chair of the ABU Dhabi Chapter and ASIS Cultural Properties Community.

Mr. Wilson founded Global Security Solutions, LLC (GSS) in 2012, an advanced security solutions consulting and technology company focused on high risks facility security domestically and internationally. Prior to starting GSS he joined G4S Wackenhut as Vice President of Special Operations in 2004 and designed, developed and implemented the current program utilized today by the U.S. government to conduct exercises for U.S. critical infrastructure facilities.

In 2004, Mr. Wilson formed a new division within G4S Wackenhut, Energy Consulting Services, to provide advanced solutions to a variety of different commercial industries, domestically and internationally. Mr. Wilson later became Vice President of Operations and, in 2007, held the position of President of the business unit, where he designed and initiated a strategic plan to transition the division into a true revenue and profit generating entity utilizing “lean” principles, delivering a 300% increase in EBITA in 24 months. From Feb.2017 to Present, he is a member of the security management team at Schlumberger Middle East and North Africa. Ahmed was the security manager of the Egypt & Sudan and Mediterranean countries till Jan.2022
From Aug.2014 to Jan.2017, he worked for Dana gas Egypt as crisis management and security manager. From 2012 to half of 2014, he worked as a security coordinator for FLSmidth and its subsidiaries within Egypt. From 2011 to 2012, he was a freelancing security advisor for different security companies.
From 1999 to 2011, Ahmed held all the military positions as an officer in the Egyptian Military forces (Artillery Department) starting from Lieutenant until he retired as a Major .

He has been also selected as astronaut candidate for Mohammed Bin Rashied Space Center (MBRSC) Astronaut Program in 2019. An experienced enthusiast leader in Digital Transformation, focused in the past three years to accelerate developing an effective digital strategy, and ensure a flourishing transformation for Saudi Aramco’s Industrial Security. Ghaidaa is extensively experienced in project management, Advanced Analytics, AI & Machine learning. Ghaidaa was granted patent by the U.S Patent and Trademark Office on April 2019. The patent provides a complete methodology to enable people to control their smart devices through eye gestures. Ghaidaa also has a research paper published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) in the International Conference on Informatics, Health & Technology (ICIHT). The research discovers and evaluate the performance of Support Vector Machine and Bayesian Network classification algorithms in predicting the survival status of patients who will undergo breast cancer surgery. Ghaidaa also has the skills to accommodate with fast-paced working environments, and manage leveraging acquired knowledge and skills to reach operational excellence, and motivates people to bring the best out of them.

Malcolm Glaister is the CEO of SiriusInsights, a maritime intelligence business based in the UK providing solutions for Government and Commerce. After an initial career in the Royal Navy (including a spell as the youngest Commanding Officer at the time), his commercial career included technology and operations in Finance where he as the Chief Operating Officer for JPMorgan International Bank in Europe, and founded a venture capital business with The Rt Hon Lord (David) Willetts, the UK’s Minister for Science and Technology. He founded SiriusInsight with Professor Mischa Dohler, of Kings College London, in 2016 to bring pioneering AI techniques to the maritime data domain. Mr Glaister is Trustee and ‘Elder Brother’ of Trinity House, the UK’s statuary body for safety of navigation and one of the UK’s largest Maritime Charities. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, and associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute.
