Ahmed is a security manager who has a career record for more than 20 years in the military and corporate security atmosphere. He holds a bachelor’s degree in military sciences, Professional Diploma in Security Management from the UK, and Certified Protection Professional from American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
He currently is an active member with many international security bodies and associations such as UK Security Institute, American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the World Institute for Nuclear Security.
From Feb.2017 to Present, he is a member of the security management team at Schlumberger Middle East and North Africa. Ahmed was the security manager of the Egypt & Sudan and Mediterranean countries till Jan.2022
From Aug.2014 to Jan.2017, he worked for Dana gas Egypt as crisis management and security manager. From 2012 to half of 2014, he worked as a security coordinator for FLSmidth and its subsidiaries within Egypt. From 2011 to 2012, he was a freelancing security advisor for different security companies.
From 1999 to 2011, Ahmed held all the military positions as an officer in the Egyptian Military forces (Artillery Department) starting from Lieutenant until he retired as a Major .
