Majed Aba Alkhail holds bachelor degree in naval science from Chinese naval academy (Taiwan), and master degree in building science and technology. He served in the Saudi Border Guard as a naval officer for more than 31 years and retired as a commodore, and has diversified experience in navigation, rescuing, Consultant at AMNOON SECURITY CONSULTING office , and security training.
