VISA REQUIREMENTS

All foreign nationals have to apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the following exceptions: 

GULF COOPORATION COUNCIL (GCC) PASSPORT HOLDERS

EUROPEAN UNION CITIZENS

NATIONALS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

HOW WE CAN HELP

AYM Events can assist all fully registered delegates and exhibitors with obtaining visa pre-approvals. Exhibition visitors requesting a visa will have to contact the visa section of their local Saudi consulate.

To apply for a visa pre-approval number, please request a copy of the visa application form by contacting AYM Events Ltd on ​visa@aym-events.com​. Once completed, please return it with the following:

  • A clear scan of your passport photo page ​

  • Your conference confirmation number (for conference delegates) or exhibiting company name and stand number (for exhibitors)

Please note: 

  1. ​If you are not a national in the country where you will be applying for your Saudi visa, you must also enclose a scanned copy of your residence permit in that country.

  2. Once your application is submitted, please be aware it can take up to 3 weeks before you obtain your pre-approval number/invitation letter.

 

For information on the exact application requirements, please contact your local Saudi Arabian Consulate directly as these may differ from Consulate to Consulate.

Important:

Once visa pre-approvals or invitation letters are issued, it is the sole responsibility of the applicant to take care of his/her visa application requirements at their local Saudi Consulate and allow sufficient time for the application procedure. AYM Events will not take any responsibility if the entry visa to Saudi Arabia is not granted. The acceptance and/or the rejection of this visa request is under the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia and/or your local Saudi Consulate. Please contact your local Saudi Consulate as soon as possible for visa requirements and application procedure. Visa pre-approval requests will be sent out by AYM Events upon receipt of full payment of your participation fees.
