He has experience in oil and gas industry, and diversified experience in capital projects as Hydrocarbon processing constructions in Saudi Aramco, and he worked with King Abdullah University for Science and Technology – KAUST startup and in establishing of HSE organization.
Abdullah Omar Alsobhi
General Manager of Industrial Security, Government affairs, Safety, health and environment at Saudi Aramco Mobile Refinery Company – SAMREF in Yanbu Industrial city, Saudi Arabia. Abdullah Alsobhi holds bachelor degree in Chemical engineering. He has more than 22 years of experience in the petrochemical industry and has diversified experience in manufacturing, and EHSS.

Malcolm currently serves as the 2022 President of ASIS International. He is a South African citizen with over 25 year’s international work experience in the public and private sectors. He held several senior management positions in different industries such as oil & gas, banking & finance, fast moving consumer goods and cultural properties. His previous roles at leading multinational companies include CSO/Global Head of Security at Sasol Petrochemicals, and Group Head of Security & Safety Services at Nedbank Limited.
In addition to his role as Head of Risk Management & Technical Security Support, Malcolm is a management consultant specializing in human resource management, strategy alignment and risk management. He is a capacity builder who assists organizations in achieving their strategic objectives. Malcolm maintains that DE&I and inclusive leadership is critical for business success. He consults on organizational development, talent & leadership development, risk management, job evaluations and performance management.
Sarah Mathers, MSc, BSc is Vice President, Head of International Security for the National Basketball Association (NBA), based in London. Sarah is responsible for leading all aspects of security for the NBA outside of the USA, supporting the growth of the League’s footprint, from grassroot youth programs through to international preseason and regular season Global Games. The scope of Sarah’s work supports all of the NBA entities including the WNBA, G League and 2K League, global facilities as well as the safety and security of players, fans and staff.
