Ms.Mona Balobaid serves as a consultant and manger in Inspection and Development of work Environment deputyship in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) in Saudi Arabia. She joined the Ministry early-2018 and worked on many major reform within the ministry by implementing many projects that helped to achieve the ministry vision.

Ms.Balobaid worked extensively the stratification objectives of Saudi vision 2030 which produced many initiatives to enhance and develop the work environment. She has experience working on legal reform to empower women’s participation in the labor market and she worked on several policies and projects in that regard.

Ms. Balobaid assumed many function within the deputyship including managing a department advocating for workers’ rights. Also, she acted as an official delegate representing the Kingdom in numerous regional and international functions and events.

Ms.Balobaid holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University, a dual master’s degree (LLM) in International Legal Studies and Law & Government from Washington College of law from American University in the United States.
