Dr. Norah Alharbi Has around ten years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, and teaching. Her Current role is Cybersecurity Senior Consultant (CISO Advisor) at National Information Center (NIC)/Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), where she is mainly responsible for cybersecurity projects and new initiatives. Her Previous roles included: GRC Senior Specialist, Data Analyst, IT Engineer, Project manager, and Teacher Assistant.
From these jobs, she has built her skills in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management, GRC Management, Quality Assurance, ISO Audit and Implementation, Project Management, IT Troubleshooting, Teaching, and conducting & writing Academic Research.
Her qualifications are: A Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Information Systems and Technology focused on Cybersecurity and Crisis Management from Claremont Graduate University (CGU), USA. A master's degree in Information Systems and Technology focused on Cybersecurity from CGU, USA. And a bachelor's degree in Network and Telecommunication from PNU, KSA. Along with these degrees, she has obtained multiple professional certificates, including but not limited to ITIL v4, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI).
