Maj. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, one of the most important security departments in the Emirate and a member of the Board of Directors of the International City for Humanitarian Services. He joined the General Directorate of Dubai Police in 1980. He holds a Diploma in Police Sciences, Business, as well as being a fingerprint expert.
Several committees, including the Dubai Community Development Committee, the Standing Committee for Workers Affairs, the Governance Council at the Ministry of the Interior, the Coordinating Committee for Residency in the Ministry of the Interior.
His career has witnessed a number of achievements. He is the first to adopt the “Reda Al Nas” brand in the field of government service work, and launched a package that has proven successful in the Emirate of Dubai, winning several areas in the Dubai Government Excellence Program, A government-funded financial institution, the American Ideas Award.
He has also been a speaker at many governmental, academic, international and professional forums, as well as many seminars and lectures in various areas:

- Manufacturing Sector Manager – Saudi Arabia
- Public Sector Manager – Kuwait

Currently works as Chief, IT Sector at CITRA responsible for National IT Policies to ensure Technology in Kuwait implemented to result in:

Assistant Professor and Cyber Security Trainer
University of Dubai
Claude holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Notre Dame University and a Masters of Engineering and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia Canada. He conducts training and education, consultancy and operations in the cybersecurity and intelligence areas. With more than 15 years of experience in both industry and academia, he has worked on several large-scale projects for various federal agencies. For instance, in 2013, he was involved in the investigation of the world largest DDoS DNS Amplification cyber attack. In addition, Claude holds a certificate in university teaching. In 2013, he was awarded the prestigious FRQNT Quebec Government scholarship and received the Best Paper Award at the 12th IEEE International Symposium on Network Computing and Applications, Cambridge, MA USA. He has published several research papers and two book chapters in the field of security and cyber terrorism. He makes a strong effort to meet new people and surround himself with industry and academic pioneers. He seeks solutions and takes actions through his affiliations, leadership and communication skills. He is currently working in the field of cybersecurity, Internet of Things, SCADA, Big Data, machine learning, and intelligence gathering. Dr. Ali Nouh Mabdeh
Engineering Professor at Al-Bayt University and former Head of the GIS Office at the National Center for Security and Crises Management (NCSCM) in Jordan
Dr. Ali Nouh Mabdeh is a 24 years specialist in the field of Remote Sensing, photogrammetry, GIS and its applications in environmental issues, Mapping, security and Disaster management.
For the time being Dr. Nouh is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Al-Bayt University – Jordan
- With ten years of previous experience as a head of The Geographic information (GIS) Office, at the National Center for Security and Crises management (NCSCM) in Jordan.
- And two years as a Head of the Operation and Planning Department, at (NCSCM)
- And three years as a Head of the strategic studies Department, at (NCSCM), Jordan.
